  • Submit an Issue

    Is there an issue with your order? We understand that sometimes mistakes happen. Our stats show that one in every few thousand order may have a genuine defect. In such a case, it will be our pleasure to ship you a new item.

    Please complete the following information to help us expedite your request. It’s also important that you attach a photo of the item, so we know what’s wrong.

  • Shipping

    Please note that all our products are designed and manufactured with utmost care. We put quality before speed, nonetheless your order will be with you in no time – and with no flaws. Fulfillment time from order placement to shipping is 2-5 days. Ordering to a US address is usually fastest.

  • Customs and import fees

    Shipping costs are not included in the product purchase price, as detailed on the checkout page. Depending on the geographical location of the shipping address, different shipping fees will be charged. Customs and import fees of the destination country are separate to your purchase price. Depending on the policy of the destination country, different fees might be charged and calculated based on the total value of the ordered goods. These charges are not covered by VISIT BRANDS. Please inform yourself about the import and customs regulations of your destination country before ordering online. Items purchased in our online shop are shipped from the US.

  • Returns

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

    * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    * Any item that is returned more than 30 days after your purchase.

  • Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Late or missing refunds

    2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially

  • Sale items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@visitbrands.com
